San Ignacio (axanthic)
Lichanura trivirgata |
Originating
from the stock of Gary Keasler, this morph turned up in a litter
produced by siblings from the original normal pair. The original
pair were bred trying to produce animals with narrow stripes.
The animals that didn't have narrow stripes were given away.
Which means there are others with the gene out there in other
collections too.
Pictured
are the 2004 animals that died 2 weeks after birth. I will post
a new pic when more are born. The breeding stock is now a adult
het male and 2 neonate possible het females. (Nothing like starting
over.) |
